Pinzas de la ropa
Hoy comenzamos con deportes al aire libre. El grupo de Mr. Alex jugó a Rounder’s en los jardines y el grupo de Ms. Aloma fue al parque de juegos de al lado para jugar en los toboganes y columpios. Mientras, el grupo de Ms. Sheila comenzó en el castillo hinchable.
Después del desayuno tocaba taller artesanal y, siguiendo el tema animal de esta semana, los niños hicieron pinzas de animales- ¡La brillante idea fue de Ms. Aloma! Utilizando clavijas de madera y recortes de forma animal, los niños colorearon las plantillas y las pegaron a las estacas, algunas de ellas incluso crearon su propio diseño para colorear y pegarse a las estacas. Algunos de los niños pusieron moscas en las bocas de la ranas mientras que otros ponían manos en las bocas de los tiburones.
Luego, el grupo de Ms. Sheila tuvo su turno en el parque de al lado jugando con los columpios, el tobogán y la pared de escalada. Llevábamos una jarra de agua con nosotros.
Peg animals
Today we started off with outdoor sports. Mr. Alex´s group played Rounder’s in the gardens and Ms. Aloma´s group went to the play park next door to play on the slides and swings while Ms. Sheila´s group started on the bouncy castle.
After breakfast it was arts and crafts and following the animal theme of this week the children made peg animals. Ms. Alomas brilliant idea! Using wooden pegs and animal shape cut-outs the children coloured the templates in and stuck them to the pegs some of them even created their own design to colour and stick to the pegs. Some of the children put flies in the frog’s mouths while others put hands in the shark jaws.
Ms. Sheila´s group then had their turn in the park next door playing on the see-saw, swings, slide and climbing frame. We took a jug of water with us.
