¡Bailar el limbo!
Hoy bailamos el limbo. Usamos los churros de la piscina como barra y una persona lo cogió con un dedo en cada lado, así se caería se golpea. Era muy muy divertido y bailamos a la música original por Chubby Checker (nombre real – Ernest Evans) Limbo rock music que salió por primera vez en 1962.
Limbo dancing!
Today we danced the limbo. We used the foam spaghettis from the swimming pool and a person held it with one finger on either side, this way if it was banged it fell! It was really really good fun and we danced to the original limbo rock music by Chubby Checker (real name – Ernest Evans) first released in 1962.
También hicimos otros juegos tradicionales. Los pequeños jugaron con la plastilina y los grandes jugaron baseball.
Algunos hicieron pulseras con aboloreos o elásticos y otros pintaron la cara. Miss illeana y Miss Jessica jugaron fuera con el nuevo vocabulario de animales.
We did other traditional games as well. The little ones played with plasticine and the big ones played rounders.
Some made bracelets with little beads or elastic bands and other had their faces painted. Miss illeana and Miss Jessica played with the new animal vocabulary outside.
